Lending / Succession
Create pledge
Collateral is held under the "pledged" status. Redeem (repaid) releases it; default transfers it to the pledgee.
Post a need
Sponsor a need (earmark FTRs)
On proof-of-service the earmarked FTRs are redeemed to the provider and the sponsor is notified.
Create gift / donation
The recipient is notified and can accept (transfer) or decline (return to donor).

Lending (E2) & Succession / Court-block (T-S2)
These modules are built and tested but gated pending legal sign-off. They activate only when the server environment flags IRG_ENABLE_LENDING=1 / IRG_ENABLE_SUCCESSION=1 are set. Until then their endpoints return a clear "legal gate" response. No code change is needed to switch them on once the lawyer approves — just the flag.
