Market-Maker Terms (summary)

Participation is voluntary and non-binding. An offer you make to buy is an expression of intent, not a contract. Your declared earmark is a declaration only — no money is held by IRG. Incentives: an initial first-sale discount and a share (25%) of referral commission while you remain an active Market Maker. Activity rule: Market-Maker status is cancelled after 5 occasions of offering but not buying, or after 10 consecutively circulated issues with no offer. On cancellation you keep all FTRs you already hold as an ordinary investor; future referral rights cease (already-accrued amounts stand). Full Terms & Conditions are provided separately and govern.
