Frequently Asked Questions

What is an FTR?

An FTR is a Blockchain registered Right to avail certain services or goods at a pre-fixed price any time in the future. It is not a financial instrument, not a security, and not a forward contract.

How is a Sponsorship Unit different from an FTR?

An FTR is bought at the time of mint at par-value. A Sponsorship Unit is issued by a Section-12A/80G charitable sports trust as a return-gift on receipt of a philanthropic donation. Both are functionally equivalent (i.e., redeemable for the underlying sports service), but their tax and acquisition mechanics differ.

What if the association refuses to honour my ticket?

You file a refusal case via Dashboard → My Refusal Cases. The association has 24 hours to settle. If unsettled, the system automatically triggers a recall against the association — funds are returned with the deterrent ROI uplift specified in the platform parameters.

Can I sell my FTR back to the association?

Yes — request a buyback quote from your dashboard. The association is obliged to repurchase at the formula-based minimum-return rate.

Where is everything recorded?

All state-changing transactions are recorded on Blockchain ID 9000 via the IRG mother system. Each record has an immutable hash linked back to your audit trail.

How are charitable sports trusts vetted?

Trust-side minters route through trust-KYC: Trust Deed, Charity Commissioner registration, Section 12A and 80G certificates, FCRA (for cross-border donations), trustees' KYC, last 3 annual reports, due-diligence audit by an empanelled CA firm, and a reference trust endorsement.

Who runs this platform?

Intech Research Group is the platform provider. The platform does not process payments. Each association is independently responsible for honouring its own FTRs and SUs.

Is this regulated?

The platform is a service-facilitation layer, not a regulated financial product. It is not a Collective Investment Scheme. It is not a security. It does not promise returns or profits. Each underlying service is governed by its own jurisdictional rules.
