Trustee Sign-in
Sign in with the Google account that has been granted the TRUSTEE_OF_IRG role in Firestore (collection users, doc <your-uid>, field role: "TRUSTEE_OF_IRG").
This view is read-only. Changes to any parameter must go through the Admin change protocol.
Read-only fiduciary view. You are signed in as a Trustee. You can inspect every parameter, every pending proposal, and the complete change history. You cannot propose, approve, reject, or apply changes from this surface — those operations live in the Admin dashboard and pass through the change protocol (PROPOSE → APPROVE → APPLY), with each step chain-anchored on IRG Chain 9000.

For external auditors
Each row in the History tab corresponds to an immutable record in Firestore collection parameter_history and a chain-anchor transaction on IRG Chain 9000. To verify a change end-to-end, lift the proposal_id, lift its three chain-anchor hashes (proposed, approved, applied), and resolve them on the chain explorer. The parameter_proposals collection retains the full justification text and approver signatures alongside.
